The Wayzata City Council will hold a special city council meeting on Thursday, Feb. 27.
City staff told Wayzata.com that the special city council meeting was primarily scheduled to review and potentially approve bids for Phase 1 of the Lake Effect (Panoway) project.
Stahl Construction was retained by the city to manage the bidding process.
Bids are set to go out on Thursday.
