The Sun Sailor is reporting that Bill Cavanagh of Wayzata Brew Works is working with an advisor and expects to resubmit a revised application to open a Micro-brewery and distillery at the Boatworks Building in Wayzata. The article indicates items the company is still working through, including federal and state licensing requirements, distilling equipment set-up, and lease and personnel issues.
It was revealed that the previous PUD application by Wayzata Brew Works to the City of Wayzata was withdrawn at a Sept. 16 City Council meeting.
