WAYZATA HISTORICAL SOCIETY: The History of Meyer Brother’s Dairy presentation scheduled for April 16th, 2009

The Wayzata Historical Society will be making another great presentation: The History of Meyer Brother’s Dairy. The program is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16 at the City Hall Community Room, 600 Rice Street.

Fred Meyer, son of one of the original founders of the Meyer Brother’s Dairy will be one of the speakers for this event. This program will highlight the history of the well-known Meyers family and the local dairy that operated on the west end of Wayzata’s Lake Street. The building is still standing, but the dairy is no longer located there. Join us to learn more about local history.

All interested parties and the public are invited!
