Wayzata Hockey Goaltender Joe Howe has earned a spot on USA Hockey’s 2008 Junior Select Team.
Howe, hailing from Wayzata, is among the 22 players chosen for the team, which exclusively features participants from the USHL, the nation’s sole Tier I junior hockey league.
This prestigious selection includes six players from Minnesota.
The Junior Select Team is set to compete in the 2008 World Junior A Challenge in Camrose, Alberta, scheduled for early November.
