Wayzata goaltender Joe Howe was recently selected as 1 of 6 Minnesotans who made USA Hockey’s Junior Select Team that was announced today, according to a Star Tribune article. Joe was one of 22 players to be selected, all of whom have come from the USHL, the nation’s only Tier I junior hockey league. The team will be participating in Camrose, Alberta’s 2008 World Junior A Challenge in early November.
