
WAYZATA, Minn. — The Wayzata City Council is set to convene a Special Closed Session at 7 am on October 11, 2008, to deliberate on the options for the purchase or condemnation of the Superior Stop situated on the corner of Lake and Superior.
This crucial decision is a pivotal step in the ongoing redevelopment of the Wayzata Bay Center.
Council Members have expressed their desire for a “T” intersection at the specified location and aim to realign Superior with Lake as part of the broader redevelopment plan.
