Just got an email from Sandy Langley at Wayzata City Hall confirming what was discussed at the City Council meeting last night; A Closed Meeting will be held at City Hall on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 7 am.
From Sandy’s email:
“Closed Meeting pursuant to Minn. Statute13D.05(3) to discuss offers or counteroffers for the purchase of the gasoline Service Station at 800 Superior Blvd., RLS No. 1168. Tract E by condemnation or voluntary sale.”
Looks like the City of Wayzata is either in negotiations to purchase the Superior Stop or take it by force from WAYZATA CIRCLE LLC. Last I heard on the ownership was that one of the partners was Dean Vlahos of Redstone and Champps Americana fame.
