Dan: What is the Wayzata Eatery Like?
Geeoff: It’s casual fine dining.
Dan: What is the best dish you have?
Geeoff: The Pork Tenderloin, with a grape tomato tapenade and asparagus.
Dan: It’s a wine bar too?
Geeoff: It’s a wine bar too.
Dan: What does that mean?
Geeoff: We have all kinds of wine. No hard liquor.
Dan: How many wines do you think you have?
Geeoff: Over 100.
Dan: I saw you guys opened the Alaska Eatery as well. What’s going on with that?
Geeoff: That’s the old Shelley’s Wood Roast. The Alaska Eatery is offers good seafood and good steaks.
Dan: What is the Wayzata Eatery’s busiest times?
Geeoff: Both lunch and dinner are busy, so it is hard for me to say. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Dan: What time does brunch start and end?
Geeoff: 11:00-3:30.
Dan: What is offered at brunch?
Geeoff: A lot of sandwiches, a lot of breakfast foods, stuffed french toast, eggs benedict, in season fruit. It runs anywhere from $10-15 per person.
Dan: Do you enjoy working at the Wayzata Eatery?
Geeoff: I do.
Dan: How long have you been there?
Geeoff: Since we opened, about a year ago.
