The next couple of days should put a real dent in the ice that is on Wayzata Bay. Gray’s Bay is starting to get quite of bit of water around the edges as you drive over the Gray’s Bay Bridge. The bridge under Libb’s Lake has been liquid for weeks, and the Wayzata Boat Works docks never really do freeze. Most of the ice has a real grey tone to it, and in speaking Greg, the guy who rents me my boat slip, the ice actually gets very porous, fills with water, and then sinks.
