Brad Anderson Returns to Coaching, Leading Benilde-St. Margaret’s Football

“After stepping away from high school football for eight years, former Wayzata head coach Brad Anderson is returning to coaching– now at Benilde-St. Margaret’s. In 18 years as the head coach at Wayzata, Anderson won three state championships (2005, 2008, 2010). Now he takes over at Benilde, a year after the Red Knights won the Section 5AAAA championship. The Red Knights will also have a new quarterback in Prior Lake transfer Peyton Meyers. He’ll have some weapons to throw to in Khalif Brown and Luke Guggenberger. Defensively, B-SM has one of the top linebacking duos in the state in Chase Brixus and Will Seymour. The Red Knights open the regular season at Willmar on August 30th.” via CCX Media.
