The Wayzata gymnastics team edged Breck 135.000 to 133.250 Thursday in a match-up of two of the best teams in the area.
The Trojans’ Ashley Mouyenga won the balance beam and floor exercise and the meet all-around title with a score of 35.300.
Breck’s Annika Golla was second in the all-around (34.200) and won the vault.
Wayzata’s Mikaela Lundvall won the uneven bars. Both teams will be part of the annual 10-team Breck Luau Invitational on February 3rd.
