“Saturday was a great day for the Wayzata cross country programs. The Trojans girls and boys each won state class AAA team titles. Abbey Nechanicky led a dominant Wayzata girls performance by easily capturing her first state title. Sydney Drevlow of Hopkins was second. Hamza Mohamed of Wayzata was the top local boys finisher, in fourth place. Noah Breker of Armstrong was seventh. The Heritage Christian Academy boys won the class A team title.” From CCX Media.
