June 7, 2015 – 5 to 8 pm (Seller’s Day) Sellers drop off the instruments they would like to sell. We encourage you to set the instrument’s price and determine what repairs might be required before you arrive. This will save you significant time on Seller’s Night and may increase the likelihood of selling your instrument. The “Sellers Guidelines” below will help you make these decisions. Specialists will be on hand to determine repair needs and to provide pricing recommendations for those who need this service. Sellers receive the proceeds of their sale less a small commission which supports the music programs in our schools.
June 8, 2015 – 5 to 8 pm (Buyer’s Day) Buyers looking to upgrade to a better instrument or to find a starter or second instrument shop on this day. Many quality instruments will be available, each one pre-screened by area music professionals prior to the sale. Cash or check only.
