There is a lot of activity happening in the Wayzata Real Estate market! There were 159 new listings in March, 2016, 101 pending sales, and 48 remaining homes for sale.
Median days on market for all property types and price points was 82 days, while the average days on market was 148 days. Given this activity there is a 6.3 month supply of homes which is down 13.7% compared to February of the same year.
Median sales price fell 17.1% compared to February at $526,5000, while the aveage sales price was down 21.5% from the previous month at $733,004. The median price per square foot remained stable at $207, and the average was $249.
The median original list price for the period was $699,000, while the average list price was $990,326. The median and aveage sales price when compared with the original list price were 93% and 94% respectively. There was $76,09,8243 dollar volume in residential sales for March 2016.
