Wayzata’s own Northcoast closed earlier this week. Workers carried out furnishings and equipment on Wednesday. Brenda Kaminski indicated she hoped to open in another location such as Bloomington last week in an interview with Wayzata.com. Kaminski also indicated that the rent was raised by the new management of the Boatworks to a point where it was unsustainable.
