Report of a snowmobile partially submerged in ice in front of 4XX Ferndale Road South. Water Patrol and Wayzata Fire also responded. Snowmobile was found to belong to party who was stopped earlier on this day. The party told officer he got stuck in a deep pocket of slush and he had to walk to shore. Wayzata Fire checked around snowmobile and nothing was found.

Three teenaged black males entered store and stole display model cell phone / loss of phone and display approx. $280 . Suspects possibly the same as that of sandwiches being stolen from Holiday station earlier in December.
