The Star Tribune’s Minnesota fishing report was updated May 27. According to the report, Tim Sonenstahl from Wayzata Bait reported the following about last weekend’s bass opener on Lake Minnetonka:
“Bass were biting on plastic worms and Senkos in 6 to 10 feet in a lot of the main bays. Panfish action has been excellent as well in 5 to 6 feet, using jigs and minnows. Anglers have been working Diamond Reef for walleyes in 15 to 18 feet using leeches and Lindy rigs.”
