Class of 2009 Commencement Ceremony to be Held June 2, 2009

The graduation ceremony for the Class of 2009 will be held at the Target Center Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:30 p.m. The doors to the auditorium will open at 6:30 p.m. and seating is first come, first served.

Students should bring their cap, gown and tassel and will not be allowed to have anything else in their possession including purses, flowers, cameras or beverages.

Students participating in the ceremony are required to wear a cap and gown and extras are available in the Second Floor Office through Kathy Beatty. Pre-ordered gowns may also be picked up in the Second Floor Office.

Graduates who do not wish to participate in the ceremony should contact Kathy Beatty as soon as possible.

The ceremony will be shown on cable television and more information can be found on Ed’s TV Web page.

Transportation to the all night senior class party will follow the ceremony at 9:30 p.m. Students who wish to attend the senior party are required to ride the buses provided to the senior party location.

The Target Center is located at 600 First Avenue North in downtown Minneapolis. Directions and parking information can be found on the Target Center’s Web site.
