I am writing to see if you would be interested in sponsoring or donating to a nonprofit event for the members of SFK (Smiles for Kids). We will be hosting an all-ages show for several rising bands in order to raise money for Children’s Surgery International. Children’s Surgery International (CSI) specializes in cleft lip and cleft palate reconstructive surgery and treatment for underprivileged children in developing countries.
“Six Band City Sounds” will take place on August 8, 2009 (Rain date: August 9, 2009) at the Hilde Performance Center in Plymouth. It will consist of six local bands, as well as a number of speakers, including a representative of CSI.
Your generous sponsorship would be highlighted by:
- Company name in announcements in promotional materials
- Your kind support noted in the opening speech
- Free space for a booth to showcase products or services
- Signage recognizing contribution at event
- Acknowledgement on the program
