The weather is warming up, time to dust off the grill and fire up the flames to make delicious salmon.

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt

When cooking fish it is always good to use fresh or thawed fish.

In a small dish combine the Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Dill and mix well. Place your fish on a cooking pan, sprinkle the dry mixed ingredients over the top side of the Salmon, follow with the Lemon Juice, and then sprinkle on the Olive Oil, the olive oil holds in the moisture while the fish is on the grill. Cook each side 5 minuets.

Marinate for 2-4 hours

Grill and eat.
