Army Major Bob Beutler (retired) of Wayzata was parked in front of Wayzata Bay and Lake Street in his 1942 WWII Ford Army Jeep on Saturday afternoon. Temperatures neared 60 degrees–a perfect opportunity to drive a Jeep around Wayzata with the top down.
