Have you ever tried to make traditional Sesame Chicken with out a deep fryer? Sometimes it can be a real challenge. Here is a easy way to make a very nice and healthy Sesame Chicken that won’t leave you feeling heavy. Just follow this easy recipe and you will have a Healthy, Delicious Sesame Chicken Meal that the whole family will love in under 30 Minutes!

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

1 ½ Cup Leeann Chin Sesame Sauce

3 Tbs Sesame Seeds

1/3 Chopped Green Onions

2 Cups Broccoli

1 Boil in a Bag White Rice

Garlic Powder – To Taste

Onion Powder – To Taste

Boil water for your rice, add the rice when water is boiling.

Dice Chicken Breasts, place them into a skillet on medium-high heat, sprinkle with Garlic Powder and Onion Powder, cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the chopped Broccoli, cook until Broccoli is tender, coat the chicken with 1 cup of the Lean chins Sesame Sauce.

Place Sesame Seeds in a baking dish, bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-10 minuets until slightly brown.

Sprinkle the Toasted Sesame Seeds on the ingredients in the skillet, add Green Onions and the remaining Sesame sauce.

Serve over White Rice
