CITY OF WAYZATA: Muni Relocation Meeting to be held January 20th, 2009 at 9:00 pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wayzata City Council will hold an informational meeting to consider site alternatives for the relocation of the Municipal Bar and Grill and Liquor Operations (the “Muni”), currently located at 810 Superior Boulevard. Site alternatives to be considered include:

• Inclusion in the Wayzata Bay Center Site (“Wayzata Bay Center Redevelopment Project”)
• 725 and 747 Mill Street (“West Mill Street”)
• 747 Mill Street (“East Mill Street”)
• 998 Lake Street East (“Eastman Site”)
• Additional potential sites within the community

The public meeting will be held as part of the City Council meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 9:00 PM or as soon as possible thereafter in the Wayzata Community Room, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota. The regular City Council meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.

All pertinent information is on file and available for public viewing at Wayzata City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard on the matter, or to submit written materials prior to the meeting.
