PLYMOUTH, MN For Immediate Release:
Amy Vollendorf, a special education teacher at Wayzata High School, was recognized as the KS95 radio station’s Teacher of the Week. Vollendorf was interviewed on the morning show November 7, and the hosts of the show will be visiting Wayzata High School next week to recognize Vollendorf and her students. Vollendorf works with students who are identified with Asperger’s. Two parents of seniors nominated her for the award.
