The regular General Election of the City of Wayzata, Minnesota, is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2008, between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The election aims to fill the office of mayor and two council members for four-year terms.
All city residents can cast their votes at the City Hall Community Room, located at 600 E. Rice Street, Wayzata.
The official ballot for this election will approximately follow the form set forth on the right.
In addition to the local offices, the ballot will feature federal, state, county, and city positions, as well as a State Constitutional Amendment.

Wayzata voters will make choices for mayor and two City Council seats on November 4.
Council member Ken Willcox is running unopposed for the mayoral position, a four-year term.
With Willcox seeking the mayor position, his council seat becomes vacant.
Mary Bader, the incumbent; Andrew Mullin, and Tom Tanner are competing to fill that position and the seat to which Bader was appointed in 2007.
All positions are for four-year terms.
