KAAL TV, the ABC affiliate in Rochester is reporting that:
“New charges have been filed against a 24-year-old man who was charged with six felonies in the knifepoint rape of a 20-year-old woman in an apartment near the University of Minnesota back in May of last year.
Christopher Karls of Wayzata has been charged with burglary, after a woman found him hiding in her closet. Police suspect Karls was planning another attack.”
