I stepped out the front door this morning and found a survey crew pounding stakes on the east side of the Wayzata Bay Center redevelopment. In case you haven’t heard or figured it out, demolition of the warehouse that is part of the existing Wayzata Bay Center will be the first thing to happen on this $200 million project. It is scheduled to happen some time this fall.
