Wayzata Council Approves Zitzloff’s 3-Story Mixed-Use Building Application

The Wayzata City Council has given the green light to longtime resident and Wayzata developer Lowell Zitzloff for a new project at 315 East Lake Street.

The approved development features a three-story mixed-use building, comprising ground-floor retail, second-floor offices, and a combination of offices and residential spaces on the third floor.

Additionally, the project will include an indoor parking garage to meet the community’s needs. Stay tuned for further updates on this upcoming addition to Wayzata’s landscape.
