Eloise Wayzata: A New Culinary Gem Opening October 11th
Wayzata’s dining scene is set to sparkle with the opening of Eloise Wayzata on October 11th. Owned by local restaurateur Lindsay Pohlad, this new restaurant promises to be a destination for fine dining and crafted cocktails, offering a chic and intimate atmosphere.
Eloise embodies a spirit of community and timeless elegance. Under the culinary direction of Chef Craig Johnson, guests can expect a menu featuring upscale dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Reservations for Eloise became available on October 4th through Tock, accommodating parties of 1 to 6 guests online, and up to 12 by phone at 612-464-5886. A portion of tables will also be reserved for walk-ins, and the restaurant includes a patio cocktail lounge for casual drinks.
Eloise will operate from Tuesday to Sunday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., taking Mondays off. As excitement builds for this new addition to Wayzata’s culinary landscape, mark your calendars for October 11th and be among the first to experience what promises to be the hottest new dining spot in town.
