Redeemer Christian Academy is gearing up for its inaugural Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This family-friendly event promises an afternoon filled with lively entertainment, delicious food, and engaging activities for all ages.
The event will feature live polka music performed by the Elk River German Band, bringing an authentic festive atmosphere. Guests can enjoy classic German fare, including brats, hot dogs, and pretzels provided by Kramarczuk’s, while beer and seltzers will be available for purchase.
Children will have plenty to do with bounce houses, yard games, and various crafts, making it the perfect way for families to spend a fall afternoon. The Oktoberfest celebration also serves as a school fundraiser, with all proceeds going toward supporting Redeemer Christian Academy.
Organizers invite the entire community, including extended families, friends, church groups, and neighbors, to join in on the fun. With great weather forecasted, it’s the ideal opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and make new friends.
The event will be held at Redeemer Christian Academy, located at 115 Wayzata Blvd. W, Wayzata, MN. All are welcome to attend this amazing event, and participation is encouraged to support the local school while enjoying a festive day outdoors.
