- 27,000 square feet of office space
- 130,000 square feet of retail space, encompassing stores and restaurants, comparable in size to the existing center’s retail area.
- 3 to 4 restaurants situated in the retail area around the Park Plaza, facing Lake Street.
The groundbreaking ceremony is anticipated to commence in the East Block—housing retail space, office space, and a hotel—in the second quarter of 2009.
