In a recent update from Lenore Franzen, Peter Larson, the dedicated individual committed to raising funds for the IOCP Sleep Out, has made significant strides towards his goal.
Despite facing challenges during a recent fundraising event at local restaurant Punch Pizza, where he managed to collect $3,100, slightly less than the previous year due to adverse weather conditions, Larson’s efforts have not gone unnoticed.
A recent anonymous donation has propelled Peter Larson’s total fundraising amount to an impressive $50,000.
Franzen shared this exciting news, highlighting Larson’s commitment to making a difference in the IOCP Sleep Out campaign.
Included in the update is a recent photograph of Peter Larson, providing a visual representation of the determined fundraiser.
Lenore Franzen also reported that the overall fundraising total for the IOCP Sleep Out campaign has reached an admirable $1,060,000.
This substantial amount is expected to support 498 families facing housing needs in the upcoming year.
The IOCP is actively encouraging continued support, as donations will be accepted through January 31.
Franzen urged individuals to consider including the IOCP in their year-end giving decisions to contribute to the organization’s ongoing efforts in assisting families with housing needs.
