Star Tribune NFL reporter Mark Craig is reporting on his blog that Wayzata High School 2005 graduate and former Ohio State star could start for the St. Louis Rams next season. Laurinaitis was drafted by the Rams in the second round in this year’s NFL draft.

James Laurinaitis was the Keynote Speaker at the Spring Prayer Breakfast to Benefit IOCP on April 17th, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. The service included a word from Wayzata Community Church Pastor John Ross, an Introduction by Joe Laurinaitis of WWE fame, and a contribution from a number of others.
James took a few moments to speak with Dan Gustafson of Wayzata.com about his faith, his experience at Ohio State, and his thoughts on the upcoming 2009 NFL Draft.

The Star Tribune featured Ohio State linebacker and for Wayzata Football star James Laurinaitis this weekend as he prepares to enter the NFL draft. According to the article, James has been recently criticized for skipping the senior bowl, and his claims that he was sick have been met with skepticism.

Well, OSU’s season isn’t turning out exactly like Wayzata Alum James Laurinaitis would like. The Buckeyes lost to USC 35-3 on Saturday.
