Your Wayzata Trojans football team (2-0) plays the Anoka Tornados (2-0) Friday night in a test of unbeaten teams early in the season. Anoka is much improved over last year, as the team won only two games all season.
Watch for the Trojans to build on their performances against Prior Lake and Eagan, as Coach Anderson no doubt spent time working on eliminating turnovers and mental mistakes this week in practice.
Come on out, it’s going to be a great one! If you are looking for dinner, here is a special offer from the Wayzata Booster Club – Cheeseburger, chips, and a pop for $6, with proceeds to benefit Wayzata Athletics. Plan on getting there early with the whole family!
