Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal is reporting that real estate broker John Adams “wants to build a three-and-a-half story, 10-unit building at Minnetonka Avenue and Indian Mound Street, a couple blocks from Wayzata’s downtown.”

Adams reportedly met with City officials this week, although nothing has been formally proposed. This follows a series of Wayzata real estate projects that has had shovels and dirt flying for several years. Stay tuned to Wayzata.com for more info.
