The large senior Class of 2011 officially became high school graduates on Friday night at Target Center in Minneapolis.
Superintendent Chace Anderson welcomed the gruating class in his opening remarks. Seniors Drew Donlin, Cyrus Elmtalab and Leah Voigt were the Commencement Speakers. This was the last graduation ceremony for longtime name readers Leslie Swiggum and Jeff Watkins, Wayzata High School teachers who are both retiring after this year.
