Wayzata hosts an event for all dogs and well-behaved owners. Enjoy Wayzata’s Second Annual Tails by the Lake event with pooch-friendly fun all around town from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 20.
Local businesses from the Wayzata area along with the Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce have joined efforts to create this doggie day of fun! Four main “PAW” stops located at the Wayzata Depot, Lake Street (Bone Adventure parking lot), Wayzata Villages Shoppes and the Wayzata Bay Center will host a variety of activities for your four-legged friends!
Your pup can a enjoy a Warm Water Dog Wash, watch the Doggie Fashion Show, compete in the Pet-Tricks Contest, sit for a Pet Portrait and so much more! Over 30 local businesses will offer in-store specials and events just for you and your dog!
Puppy Passports are available online at www.wayzataweekends.com or at participating merchants to guide visitors through Wayzata’s shopping and dining areas. Visitors can have their passport stamped and enter into the drawing for Wayzata Shopping & Dining Gift Baskets.
