The Wayzata Bay Center will host the Mahogany Bay Vintage Speedboat Gallery, featuring 16 classic wood boats, beginning Saturday, May 30. There will be a parade down Lake St. welcoming the boats to Wayzata on Thursday, May 21 at 11:30 a.m.
The 16 classic wood boats, Wayzata’s fire trucks, a musical calliope and local dignitaries will parade down Lake St. and end at the Bay Center where the boats will be on display Thursday afternoon in the parking lot. The boats will then be installed in the Bay Center and the exhibit will be free and open to the public beginning May 30.
