The Wayzata School District just put out a press release that they do not have tainted peanut butter. We can all rest easy. Ok, seriously, here is what they had to say:
Wayzata Public Schools does not have any of the King Nut peanut butter brand in its inventory. This is the peanut butter that was suspected in the recent salmonella outbreak in the Midwest. An extensive search of the food services warehouse by Culinary Express found no containers of the King Nut brand.
Thank goodness!
