From Wayzata Public Schools:
The Wayzata High School football team defeated Blaine High school 27-7 November 28 at the Metrodome to win the class 5A state championship title.The state championship win capped a perfect season for the WHS team which went 8-0 in the regular season and then defeated Champlin Park High School and Rosemount High School to enter the final game on Friday night.
