Wayzata City Council looks at Bay Center TIF Amendments through State Legislature

The Wayzata City Council held a special workshop before last evenings regularly scheduled meeting to discuss suggestions and requests from Wayzata Bay Redevelopment Company.
Because the State of Minnesota is looking for projects that are “shovel ready”, the legislature is seeking input and potential legislation from Cities on projects they would grant special concessions to.
