Last nights Wayzata City Council meeting was relatively short and non-controversial.
The Council agreed to place the Foreman’s House on the National Registry of Historic Places if the Wayzata Historical Society and the Heritage Preservation board can secure funding to refurbish the structure via grants.
The Council also adopted a report fromt he Affordable Housing Taskforce which found 70% of apartment complexes, 33% of duplexes and 20% of single family homes affordable under the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act.
The Wayzata City Council awarded the Superior and Lake Intersection and Utility Relocation Project to Geislinger & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $3,463,264.14.
